www.youtube.com/watch The Flight Crew at American Dunes welcomed Team Titleist for its second annual Tribute event, saluting our partnership with the Folds of Honor Foundation . Members experienced exclusive access to this premier golf venue, received a sneak preview of our latest equipment, and enjoyed one of Golf’s Most Heroic Rounds. On June 6 th , over 100 golfers entered the property through the Folds of Honor Memorial, experiencing the emotional pathway and true meaning of American Dunes . At the end of the Memorial entryway, they were greeted with a special tee gift filled with truly unique Folds of Honor and Team Titleist gear. The weather was also in full cooperation with clear skies and perfect course conditions to match. After check-in, we fueled up in the Squadron Bar then kicked off the festivities with the National Anthem. Once golf was complete, we enjoyed some lunch and refreshments before tuning into a swing clinic hosted by Michigan Golf Hall of Famer, David Kendall. Before our final activities of the day, Lieutenant Col. Dan Rooney, founder of American Dunes, addressed the group inspiring us with his legendary storytelling and impactful mission. This was just what we needed to pump a little more adrenaline into the group as the final teams prepared for a 13-team shootout. Teams made their way to the 16 th hole to battle it out for the top-tier prize, including a Titleist golf bag , custom golf balls , and a new pair of FootJoy shoes . The rest of the crew made for a pressure-packed gallery for this alternate shot format. Despite the pressure, all 13 drives were seemingly striped down the middle, setting the stage for a fun and competitive showdown. Lastly, we introduced our yet-to-be released new T-Series irons where attendees were among the first consumers in the world to hit our latest irons. To see this once in a lifetime event for yourself, check out the video link below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-AAkoAOQITg You might be wondering how these Team Titleist members were selected to join the festivities. As always, keeping an up-to-date Team Titleist profile , and participating in our discussion boards , fittings , and events, are great ways to increase your chances to participate in exclusive opportunities.

American Dunes stands as a tribute to the birthplace of Folds of Honor and is a world-class venue that goes far beyond the game of golf. American Dunes lives and breathes the Folds of Honor mission: to honor American warriors and provide support for their families. Through our proud partnership with the Folds of Honor Foundation , Team Titleist members recently enjoyed exclusive access to American Dunes for the inaugural Team Titleist Tribute event. If you were not able to attend, here is a look at what the group experienced: Opening Ceremony To ensure each and every visitor understands the true meaning of American Dunes, the only way to enter or exit the property is through the Folds of Honor Memorial. After making their way through The Memorial, guests were given the proper Team Titleist event welcome in the form of a hefty tee gift stuffed full of goods from Folds of Honor, American Dunes, and Team Titleist. After a quick warmup, American Dunes Head Golf Professional, Ian Ziska, officially welcomed the group before kicking off the golf festivities with The National Anthem. Golf & Competition https://youtu.be/dqSCoO3fos4 Team Titleist wasted no time enjoying 18 holes of championship golf. It would be hard to improve upon the 80° weather with clear skies and a cool breeze off nearby Lake Michigan, but Team Titleist member Ethan D. upped the ante with the first-ever hole-in-one at a Team Titleist official event! Titleist Experiences What would a Team Titleist event be without getting to experience our latest equipment? Attendees were divided up to Red, White, and Blue "squadrons" where they cycled between hitting new T-series irons, Vokey Design SM9 wedges, and competing for a Scotty Cameron putter in a 13-hole putting contest. Jimmy Wisinski, Michigan Wolverine D1 golfer and Titleist staffer, joined the group to host a comprehensive wedge clinic. Jimmy provided key insights to help attendees select proper wedges (loft, bounce, grind) and key tips for tackling short-sided shots from tight lies with trouble long—an American Dunes defense specialty. Closing Ceremony As the sun set on American Dunes, the torch burned bright at CAVU Fighter Squadron Bar where the group reminisced on the day over prime rib and live music. Guests enjoyed a few more thrills as we drew names for prizes like a Year-supply of Pro V1 Balls, a set of T-Series irons, TSi drivers, Vokey SM9 wedges, and just about any other premium Titleist product you could think of. Most importantly, the constant mission fueling this special event never faltered: Honor Their Sacrifice. Educate their legacy. A massive and heartfelt thank you to Folds of Honor and American Dunes for the extremely gracious hospitality. If you are a patriot that loves golf, and more importantly, our country, treat yourself to the experience at American Dunes: americandunesgolfclub.com Want to experience a Team Titleist event firsthand? Playing golf on Labor Day (Patriot Golf Day) with a Golf Group that I help organize. Each week 12 - 20 fellow Golfers play at a course within an hours drive of our hometown Grand Haven Michigan. Our Home course Grand Haven Golf Club (Birthplace of the Folds of Honor Foundation) has been closed the past two seasons as it transitions to a Jack Nicklaus design American Dunes Golf Club. So the group is playing our usual game (2 Best Balls of 4) with 3 Foursomes competing. On Oceana Golf Club's 8th Hole from the Blue Tee which is 150 yards. I hit my Titleist AP2 8 Iron measuring 147 yards to the flag. One member of my foursome said "It is right at the hole." Another said "It disappeared, it went into the hole" Another of our fellow golfers was up near the green leaving a proxie sign for the event. He ran out onto the green and shouted "Nice Shot, it went in" I said, "Hey, I got my 2nd one, with a huge smile on my face. My team won the event and all 12 of our group had drinks on me after the round. I love Golf and playing with my Golf Group, it is a slice of heaven every Saturday morning and Holidays too when we all get together and play this great game. I can't wait for Hole in One # 3

Received my personalized golf balls a week ago. Had one sleeve left of my folds of honor balls. Today was the day, pulled out my “Uniballer” number 21 Pro v1. Hole 8 Calrksville Country Club, choked a 9(714 ap2) up about two inches and hit this beautiful little draw in the the 137 yard pin. One hop check up and rolled 6 inches to the bottom of the cup for my first hole in one ever. What an awesome day

So last year, I scored my 3rd hole in one at Lodestone Golf Course in Deep Creek Maryland. The date was 9/17/19, it was hole #15 from the silver tees to a front red pin position. A well struck ProV1 hit the green approximately 6' behind the hole and spun back into the hole. I used my AP2 9 iron. So yesterday, 8/17/2020, I stepped onto the 15th tee box playing the silver tees. The pin was almost in the same location as last year. I told my friend Kevin I was going to hit a 9 iron behind the hole and spin it back, "just like last year". The well struck ProV1 left the club and I knew it was on a great line. We watched it hit the green behind the hole and spin back. The ball rolled right into the cup! The ball mark was approximately 10' behind the hole. To make things even better I was wearing my Folds of Honor gear (visor and polo). To quote Yogi Berra, It's like Deja Vu, all over again.

Name: Todd Jacobs, resides in Ada, MI Date of hole in one: August 3, 2020 Course played: Boulder Creek (Belmont, MI) Hole: #3 Yardage: by the scorecard 174 / based on tee box placement it played 165 Club used: 8-iron (716 AP2) Ball: Titleist Tour Soft (#3, coincidentally) Special information: this was achieved during the annual Folds of Honor outing – based on staff feedback, no one has achieved a hole-in-one during the event (at least for the Grand Rapids, MI FoH). There were prizes associated to the three par 3’s available at Boulder Creek for this particular outing, and I’m sure to many people’s relief this was not the hole that had the car lease prize . Folds is a truly meaningful outing and cause, and I have played in the annual event for the past few years. This is my first hole in one, hopefully not the last. The hole itself is uphill (blind), so didn’t actually have the opportunity to see the ball go in. A sequence from the shot itself… Me: (hit the shot) My brother: “… (silence – whereas he’d normally have a “nice shot” or “that’ll play”) … Me: “eh, think that’s a bit short” Brother: “….let’s just … (stopped himself, smirked … more silence)” We hopped in the cart and drove up … ...cue going ballistic

This Labor Day weekend (Sept. 2-4), we hope you'll join Titleist in supporting the Folds of Honor mission by playing a round of golf to support Patriot Golf Day® and honor our military heroes. The Folds of Honor organization was founded in 2007 by Major Dan Rooney, an F-16 fighter pilot and PGA golf professional who has dedicated his life to help military families through the game of golf. We wanted to share the amazing story behind Folds of Honor, so at this year's Patriot Cup (one of the organization's marquee events) we asked Dan to sit down with Michael Mahoney, Titleist Vice President of Golf Ball Marketing, to discuss his unique background and how "chance with a purpose" inspired his life-altering mission. So listen in to our discussion in the podcast below and get to know more about this dedicated patriot who has answered a very special call to duty. api.soundcloud.com/.../340499954 About Patriot Golf Day You can truly make your round matter by adding an extra $1 to your green fees at participating golf courses over Labor Day weekend and your donation will help fund Folds of Honor Foundation Scholarships that are awarded to the spouses and children of America’s military members that have been killed or disabled in the line of duty. Patriot Golf Day® has become the largest grass-roots golf fundraiser in America – a joint initiative of The PGA of America and the USGA, Patriot Golf Day® to support the efforts of the Folds of Honor Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides educational scholarships for the children and spouses of military men and women disabled or killed while serving in America’s Armed Forces. Patriot Golf Day® enlists the support of public and private golf facilities across the country. While the inaugural Patriot Golf Day® started as adding a $1 to your green fee, it has evolved into public and private golf courses, hosting a variety of golf fundraisers ranging from adding a $1 to your green fee, to hosting golf tournaments’ and galas. I am a Marine stationed at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California and was invited, along with other service members in the local area, to participate in the Folds of Honor Golf Tournament held at Bear Creek Golf Club in Murrieta, CA. It was a day that I will never forget. First of all, the members and staff at Bear Creek Golf Club are all class in every sense of the word. They catered to us throughout the entire day and were always expecting nothing in return. So I get teamed up with another Marine, Chris, as well as two couples, Bob and Helen, and Doug and Sue. These are some of the nicest and most welcoming people I have had the pleasure of playing with, and I think we made a great team. The round started off with birdies on the first three holes, and then a string of 3 or 4 Pars and then birdies sprinkled in with a few pars. Once we made it to the Par 3 6th hole, I had it in my head that I would like to have my swing filmed so I could send it in to a swing professional and have it analyzed. So I asked Chris if he would film my swing, and of course he obliged. All throughout the round I had been hitting my irons about 2 club lengths farther than I normally do, so at the urging of Doug (the golf ball whisperer), I decided to hit my 9 Iron into the 135yd hole when I would normally hit my 7 iron that distance. So we got the camera all set up and I addressed the ball, swung the club and watched the ball flight. Once Doug saw the ball flight, he made a prophecy that would come true in mere seconds. The ball lands on a slop about 5 feet to the right of the pin, and just trickles into the cup. The video shows the very early stages of what seemed to be a 15 minute celebration. After the initial shock of the ball actually going in, I then realized that I had not only hit my first hole in one, but that I had won the $500 prize for closest to the pin and a 2014 Cadillac ATS for the hole in one on that hole. The past couple of days have been really cool, telling that story to everyone and having friends and family ask about it. It was a moment in my life that will most likely never happen again, but the people I was able to encounter and befriend, as well as the memories made, will not soon be forgotten. I want to give a special thanks to the Bear Creek Golf Club for being such gracious hosts and affording me the opportunity to have this happen. Big shout out to Doug Miller (the golf ball whisperer) and his wife Sue - I really enjoyed getting to know you both. Also I have to give some huge love to some great people, Dennis and Ralene Sisk - Thank you for the Bear Creek shirt and for being so awesome! Here is the link to the video on YouTube if you wanna give it a look. http://youtu.be/ultZK15M-tU P.S. The ball I hit was a Titleist NXT Tour!
